The number available will be at OneSearch's discretion and may vary month by month. Once an application to claim this offer has been made, OneSearch will assess eligibility and will allocate the available Complementary Search Bundles to Eligible Customers on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability within the month the application is received. Submission of an application does not guarantee availability of the offer. Once a Complementary Search Bundle has been allocated to an Eligible Customer, the offer must be redeemed within 90 days of successful registration and account approval by OneSearch. The Complementary Search Bundle may only be used in relation to a genuine conveyancing matter and property transaction selected by the Eligible Customer and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive, rebate, account credit, or special pricing arrangement unless expressly agreed by OneSearch in writing. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, or any alternative product or service. All search orders submitted under this promotion remain subject to OneSearch's standard order acceptance procedures, as well as service and supplier availability. OneSearch reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withhold, refuse, cancel, reclaim, or recover the value of the offer where it believes the offer has been used fraudulently, abusively, in breach of these Offer Terms, or in circumstances not intended by the promotion. This offer will be governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. Any updates to these Offer Terms will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
